How it works

Your business, our S-corp, one back office.

Most owners who want S-corp payroll and real benefits end up forming and running a second company to get them. With Cervin, you don't. You keep your LLC and work through Cervin Advisors as the S-corp.

  1. 1

    Keep your LLC

Your business, clients and name stay exactly where they are. Nothing to dissolve, nothing to re-register.

  2. 2

    Join Cervin's S-corp

Instead of forming a corporation of your own, you're paid through Cervin Advisors — the S-corp is ours to set up and maintain.

  3. 3

    Get the whole back office

Tax-efficient payroll, health and retirement benefits, and accounting — run for you, with one team to call.

What's included

Everything a back office does, for a team of one or more.

The pieces a larger company takes for granted, without hiring the people to run them. Exact scope is set out in your written proposal before anything is billed.

Tax-efficient payroll

Pay yourself through Cervin's S-corp payroll, with withholding and payroll tax filings handled for you.

Health benefits

Access to health coverage through Cervin, instead of shopping for a plan as a company of one.

Retirement benefits

A retirement plan available through Cervin, so saving for later doesn't depend on building your own plan.

Accounting

Bookkeeping oversight and a month-end close, so your numbers are ready when you or your tax advisor need them.

Multi-entity structure

Several LLCs or properties? Structure and expense allocation across all of them, kept in one place.

A team that answers

Real people in Dallas. We respond to every customer-service inquiry within one business day.

The difference

Your own S-corp, or ours.

Same goal — a proper back office — reached two very different ways.

Who it's for

Three kinds of owners, one kind of back office.

Solopreneurs

Consultants, creators and independent professionals running an LLC of one who want employee-grade payroll and benefits.

Small businesses

Owner-led companies that need payroll, benefits and books handled — without building an office to do it.

Multi-entity households

Families holding several LLCs or properties who want one back office across all of them.

Beyond the back office

Four practices, one accountable partner.

Cervin Advisors LLC provides professional services to businesses. We do not sell physical goods. Every engagement is scoped in a written proposal or statement of work before any work begins or any payment is collected.

Shared Operating Teams

Cervin Advisors employs experienced operators and places them with client companies on a fractional or dedicated basis — so you get a capable team without the overhead of hiring each role.

  • Fractional operations, finance and program leads
  • Dedicated team members embedded in your business
  • Payroll, benefits and HR administration handled by us

Finance & Operations Advisory

Practical financial and operating structure for owner-led and multi-entity businesses — so the numbers are trustworthy and decisions are easier to make.

  • Bookkeeping oversight and month-end close
  • Multi-entity structure and expense allocation
  • Budgeting, cash-flow planning and reporting

Technology & Platform Advisory

Architecture, infrastructure and security guidance from people who build and run production systems — not slideware.

  • Platform and software architecture reviews
  • Cloud and on-premises infrastructure planning
  • Identity, security and operational readiness

Energy & Real-Asset Advisory

Commercial guidance on energy and property projects, drawing on hands-on experience in the Texas power market and commercial real estate.

  • Solar, storage and retail-energy strategy in ERCOT
  • Project and asset evaluation
  • Lease, tenant and space planning

Questions

Good to know.

Do I need to form my own S-corp?

No — that's the difference. Instead of forming, registering and running a separate corporation of your own, you work through Cervin Advisors as the S-corp, and we run the payroll, benefits and filings that come with it.

Do I keep my LLC?

Yes. Your LLC stays yours. Cervin provides the back office around it.

Which benefits are available?

Health and retirement benefits are available through Cervin. The specific plans, eligibility and costs for your situation are set out in writing in your proposal before you sign anything.

Is this tax or legal advice?

No. We run the back office; we are not a law firm or a certified public accounting firm. Talk with your tax advisor about how this arrangement fits your situation — we're glad to work alongside them.

What does it cost?

Most clients work with us on a monthly retainer. Your fee depends on scope and is always confirmed in a signed proposal before any charge is made. See pricing for how billing works.

How do I get started?

Book a no-cost introductory call. We'll learn about your business, then send a written proposal with scope, timeline and fees. Nothing is billed until you sign.
